FREE (30min) Intro session

Congratulations on taking the leap! It can be scary trying something new! 

Rest assured…FitClub is a very welcoming, friendly & safe place to begin or re-ignite your health & fitness journey.

Your FREE (30min) Introductory session is the best way to get a feel for the Club and see if it is a good fit for you.  During this session we can see where your fitness level is, recommend the best classes for you to get started with and help you improve your boxing technique.  

For your session, be sure to wear comfortable training clothes and bring along a water bottle & a towel. We will supply the Boxing Gloves and inners for your first one on one Introductory (30mins) session with your Coach.
