How to Start?
The best way to get started is to book into a FREE (30min) Introductory Session with one of our very experienced Coaches. You can do this just by clicking, Try a FREE session and select the Book Now button.
Alternatively, you can download our FitClub Boxing app to book your FREE Introductory session. Just select FREE Intro session and your preferred day and time.

What to expect:
- Meet our friendly & highly supportive Team
- Check out our Boxing Studio
- Help us see where your starting fitness level is
- We will recommend the best classes for you
- Teach you some basic boxing skills to help you get started
- You will get to feel the friendly FitClub vibe & see if it is a good fit for you
- No strings attached policy
We believe you will love us! Though, if for some reason we are not right for you …we hope we have brightened your day & look forward to welcoming you back in the future when the timing is right for you.

What to bring & Wear:
- Water Bottle
- Towel
- You can wear your normal training gear & runners
- We will provide you with boxing gloves & inners for your Intro Session
- If you do happen to have your own hand wraps/inners and or boxing gloves bring them along to your session
When to arrive
You can arrive 15mins before your Intro session start time. You will need to complete the basic health waiver at the time of booking your session or you can complete at the time of arrival.
Please note: if you have injuries or any pre-exiting conditions, you must ask for the extended Health waiver upon arrival.
