What do you love most about boxing? I love that it is just as rewarding as it is challenging. You never really stop learning in boxing, you have to consistently train hard and work for it.

How did your journey into fitness start? I started at a really young age as my father was a boxing trainer and my older brothers were boxers.

What do you consider your strength? Boxing and training hard

What would you say is your biggest fitness accomplishment? Fighting amateur and pro

What inspires you? People who set a goal and work hard to achieve it!

What do you love most about boxing? I love the intensity & efficiency of boxing. You get pushed to your limits in a short amount of time and feel the benefits instantly.

How did your journey into fitness start? I started young with representative Gymnastics at Primary School and then moved into representative Touch Football as a Teenager.

What do you consider your strength?  My creativity & determination

What would you say is your greatest accomplishment? I have three.  Having a beautiful baby girl, marrying the man of my dreams & running a successful business.

What inspires you? People who have succeeded in the face of adversity and share their story to inspire others.

What do you love most about boxing? The challenge of improvement. Regardless of how experienced you are, you can always improve. Also, works many components of fitness e.g. speed, agility, fitness. 

How did your journey into fitness start? Started off as a sprinter, initially started training family members then working for other gyms, coaching athletes and owning own gym. 

What do you hope to achieve and how? Help as many people as possible, through educating them on the correct way to train and make lifestyle changes. 

What do you consider your strength? The ability to listen and show patience. 

What would you say is your biggest fitness accomplishment? Representing Australia in Athletics.  

What inspires you? People who are consistent in whatever they do.

What do you love most about boxing?  I love fitness that engages the mind and is a little more physical which boxing is amazing for. I find it takes your attention off the fact you are actually exercising, not to mention it targets your entire body all at once.

 How did your journey into fitness start?   I have always played sport and loved being physically fit so it made sense to make a career out of doing something I love.

What do you consider your strength?   My strength outside of a right cross & left hook is making people feel comfortable irrelevant of where they are starting their fitness journey from.

What would you say is your biggest fitness  accomplishment?   I absolutely love watching people discover the power that physical exercise and being fit can have on your life. My goal is to help as many people as possible on this journey to see the best version of them self.

What inspires you?  People who are committed and willing to push themselves outside their comfort zone.

What do you love most about boxing? I love how it is such a high intensity whole body workout and how it forces you to be so aware of how you move your body in space. It’s not just a physical workout but a mental workout.

How did your journey into fitness start? I left primary school teaching to pursue fitness. Teaching sadly was not my passion, but fitness has always been so important to me and I want to share that love of exercise with others.

What do you consider your strength? My determination to always improve and consistency in that journey for self-improvement. For example, I always make sure I get my workouts in every single week, no matter what. I love learning too. I feel stuck when I’m not learning something new.

What would you say is your greatest accomplishment? Being able to make that transition from teaching to fitness. So many people tell me how risky the move was, but I am so glad I did it and so much more fulfilled as a result.

What inspires you? People who constantly face adversity in their day-to-day lives and yet still wake up every day and smash their health and fitness goals uncomplainingly.

When I am not at FitClub, I’m: Working out either at the gym, or running or walking. Basically, always moving my body! Or I’m in the kitchen cooking.

If I were a Superhero, who would I be & why? Batman, he’s super cool.

What do you love most about boxing? Boxing is such a fun workout! It’s the best stress relief and because there is so much skill that you can constantly work on it’s never boring.

How did your journey into fitness start? I was born into it. Fitness and sport has always been a part of my life. I was only 5 when FitClub was born and since then it has been a second home to me. 

What do you consider your strength? Problem solving and an optimistic outlook. You can achieve whatever you want to achieve. If there is an obstacle, there is always a way around it, you just have to believe and keep the faith that things will work out the way they are meant too. 

What would you say is your greatest accomplishment? At the moment, one of my greatest accomplishments is completing my first year of university through a global pandemic.
