Well, here are some of the key take-aways we’ve gathered from boxing! 😊

1. Little risk = Little Reward 
(You have to be okay with taking a few punches... sometimes in the face 😅... to get the opportunity to hit back)

2. Keep moving & Dancing! 
(Boxers dance around the ring to avoid their opponents until it’s a good time to step in...so basically don’t be afraid to boogie! 🕺 Flow through life and ground yourself when you need to)

3. Adjust your perception of failure!
(Sometimes we see getting punched, loosing a fight or getting cornered as a failure. When in reality it’s a step in the right direction. It’s a chance to learn about yourself and grow even stronger) 👊
