When to arrive

Please arrive 15mins before your FREE Beginner’s Class start time. You will need to complete the basic health waiver at the time of booking this Class or you can complete at the time of arrival.

Please note: if you have injuries or any pre-exiting conditions, you must ask for the extended Health waiver upon arrival.

We currently run our FREE Beginner’s Classes on a Tuesday and Thursday morning at 7am, lunchtime at 12.15pm and evening at 5.30pm. 

Your FREE Beginner’s Class goes for 30 minutes.

You will Learn the boxing basics, have fun, and see if we’re a fit for you.

Nope. This session is designed for complete beginners only.

If you have boxed before, please book our FREE (30min) Intro Session instead.

It’s a small group setting (1-4 people) so you can feel supported and not overwhelmed.

Absolutely! If they’re a beginner too, bring them along.

This Class is a one off FREE Class (valued at $30) and is designed perfectly to help you begin your boxing journey and start learning How to Box properly for fitness and to see if FitClub is a good fit for YOU! 

Once we meet you and see your progression in this first Beginner’s Trial Class we can recommend which Classes and or Program would suit YOU best if you decide you would like to get started with us.

Yes! It’s valued at $30 but is completely free for first-timers to FitClub.

You don’t need to bring anything other than your water bottle & towel to your FREE Beginner’s Trial class. 

We will supply the boxing gloves for this first session or you are most welcome to bring your own gloves.

In your FREE (30min) Beginner’s Trial Class we will start by getting to know you first and ask you what you would like to achieve. We will then teach you some boxing foundations to help you improve your boxing technique.

From here we can recommend the next best classes for you to get started with.

FitClub Boxing was Co-Founded by Annie & Geoff in 2008 at it’s current Albert St, Brisbane location. For over 16 years, they together with their very experienced Team of Coaches have been teaching people how to box authentically for fitness.

Traditional Boxing (think Rocky style) for fitness is an intense workout which is why we love it so much. In one 30 minute boxing workout you are doing your Cardio & Toning all at once. Boxing is the most effective workout on the Planet which is why you only need 30 minutes each day to see RESULTS Fast! You no longer have to worry about finding 1 to 2 hours to work out, which will SAVE you heaps of time.

YES! Our membership base is made up of 50% ladies & 50% men, all who are local professionals based in the Brisbane CBD.

Yes, it sure is! There is a massive misconception that you only work your upper body when you are Boxing. This could not be further from the truth. When you know how to box properly, you move your whole body. We will teach you How to do this in your Classes & Personal Training sessions and we begin with your FREE Beginner’s Trial Class.

Our No Strings attached policy means you can be rest assured, that while we are pretty confident you will Love us, if you decide we are not a good fit for you right now, we will completely understand and hope that we have at least brightened your day 🙂
