There is a $295 (once off) Upfront fee + your normal Silver or Gold weekly membership.

If you are currently on Bronze, you will need to Upgrade to Silver for the 10 Weeks and you can then complete a downgrade form at the end of the 10 Weeks, if you would like to return to Bronze.

If you are currently a 10 Visit Pack member you will need to become a Silver member.

If you are on our Silver or Gold membership you are already enjoying the vast benefits Personal Training brings and you will not need to upgrade. If you are currently on our Bronze or 10 Visit Pack membership, you will need to upgrade your membership to Silver, which includes a Personal Training session each week for the 10 Week Program. This 30 minute weekly PT session ensures you can implement each of the T.L.A.B group lessons effectively and helps you fast track your boxing skills & guarantees your success.Β  Your Coach will tailor each PT session around what you need to focus on the most each week.

Our Specialised group Train Like a Boxer sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday nights at 5.30pm.

If you want to Spar at the end of the 10 Weeks then it is crucial that you commit to the full 10 Week program and you attend ALL of the group T.L.A.B sessions. We understand occasionally life gets in the way so if this happens, your Coach will bring you up to speed so you are ready for your next T.L.A.B session.Β 

No. The T.L.A.B program starts with a Boxing Technique focus so you have time to build on your fitness throughout the 10 Weeks.

No. That’s exactly what we will teach you. Our Train Like a Boxer program is specifically designed to take you from Zero boxing experience in Week 1 to fast tracking your boxing skills so in Week 10 you are able to Spar your Coach for the very first time😊

No. Sparring your Coach in Week 10 is completely optional.

Many who have come before you didn’t think they would Spar when they started the T.L.A.B Program and then something magical happened…by Week 5 their confidence grew so much they put their hands up for Sparring and were so Happy they did!

Your Coach will Spar you at your level and you will not find a safer & more supportive space to give it a Go!

Having said that we always have several members in each program that choose not to Spar and still have an Amazing experience, learn so much and play a crucial role in supporting & cheering on the rest of the team at the Sparring Showcase πŸ₯ŠπŸ˜Š

The Sparring Showcase is an event we hold at the end of the Train Like a Boxer 10 Week Program that allows our boxers the opportunity to put all that they have learned over the 10 Weeks into action in front of their family & friends πŸ₯ŠπŸ˜Š
